Notices and numbers, each with its date

Everything on this page expires. That is the point: each item carries the date it was read and the date it stops being true, when the operator printed one.

Dated notices, newest consequence first

Reviewed 2026-10-11. The operative deadline right now: a live popup dated 2026-10-09 says parcels that expired before 2026-01-01 will be cleared from 2026-11-01, with shipping requests due by 2026-10-31. An expired parcel is also a parcel you can no longer insure, which is why a storage date sits on an insurance site at all.

The structural one: notice 148 cut free warehousing from 180 to 90 days effective 2024-06-01, and help 81, refreshed 2026-09-02, holds the current clocks: 90 days on orders, 30 on parcels, then 15 RMB per ID and 30 RMB per parcel per month.

Still published, still confusing: notice 150 from 2024-06-26 suspends Wise and PayPal, while the live pay-config lists PayPal as enabled, both read 2026-10-10. The fees page explains how to resolve that kind of conflict: trust the checkout on the day.

The one promotion with published arithmetic

The Service Review Promotion pays for public reviews at posted rates: Reddit 10 CNY plus 1.5 CNY per upvote, TikTok 15 CNY plus 4 CNY per thousand views, YouTube 10 CNY plus 4 CNY per thousand views, one parcel one review, parcels from the last 3 months only, checked two weeks after posting (promotion page, read 2026-10-10, operator's own terms).

Worth knowing even if you never post: it means some fraction of public CSSBuy reviews are paid at these exact rates, which calibrates how you read them.

Community signal, with its conflicts shown

The numbers worth quoting carry dates and disagree. The claimed Trustpilot profile, read 2026-10-10: 723 reviews, TrustScore 4.2, and the profile notes replies to 55 percent of negative reviews taking typically over a month. The homepage badge the same day: "Excellent, based on 2,569 reviews". Both are real readings; they simply count different things, and the gap is itself information.

Live venues: the official Discord invite showed 162,515 members on 2026-10-10, and app ratings sat at 3.9 on the iOS GB storefront from 52 reviews and 3.375 on Google Play from 1,097 ratings the same day. Paid-review rates above apply to some public posts; discount for that when reading praise.
