What this site does, and how it earns
CSSBuy Spreadsheet Haul is an independent reference about one step of the CSSBuy pipeline: turning many orders into one parcel without wrecking its paperwork. We are a CSSBuy partner site. Product cards link to a category-browsing catalogue; ordering, payment, insurance and claims all happen on cssbuy.com.

The operator, on paper
CSSBuy's storefront and warehouse run under ROYA MIDEAST LTD, company number 16048743, 69 Aberdeen Avenue, Cambridge, England CB2 8DL, per the site footer and contact page read 2026-10-10. The warehouse is in Hangzhou, Zhejiang; the exact street address is issued per user inside the logged-in account, so we publish only the district, Yuhang.
Support surfaces, read the same day: live chat 9am to 6pm, [email protected] for questions, [email protected] for returns, and an official Discord. Orders are handled within 24 hours excluding holidays, by the operator's own claim.
Sourcing method, and the correction path
Method: every figure on this site comes from an operator page or document, is quoted with its help-article number and the date we read it, and goes stale on a schedule tracked per page. Conflicting operator statements are quoted side by side rather than averaged; you can see that done with the QC photo count and the PayPal notice.
We never publish a figure we could not source, which is why some obvious numbers, an approval rate for claims, a founding year, a single volume divisor, are absent: the operator does not publish them.
