Starting a CSSBuy haul from the catalogue cards
Order from a link, let QC photograph everything, then build the box. The parts worth learning are the ones between those sentences.
Type what you want to find; results list product cards by category.
From a product card to a submitted order
The order half is short. Find the item on the catalogue cards or paste a Taobao, Tmall, JD or 1688 link into CSSBuy's search; pick colour, size and quantity on the product page; pay. CSSBuy buys from the seller, the seller ships to the Hangzhou warehouse, and the item appears under your account with QC photos.
For sellers without normal links, Yupoo albums and WeChat shops, the order form takes a filled product description instead (Buy For Me step 2, read 2026-10-10).

The seven-step procedure CSSBuy itself publishes
The operator's order procedure runs: select products, submit the order, pay, CSSBuy purchases, items arrive and pass QC, you submit delivery and pay international freight, parcel ships (help 13, read 2026-10-10). Freight is paid as a deposit on estimated weight; the verified weight settles the difference afterwards.
Everything on this site happens between steps five and six: the box exists, and its paperwork is still editable.

Sellers without links, through Expert Buy
Expert Buy is the staffed path: product URL or an image link, name, price and quantity, and a buyer places the order manually. The page's own disclaimer matters more than the form: products come from third-party platforms, CSSBuy does not sell them, and you are asked to verify authenticity and accept quality risk yourself (Expert Buy page, read 2026-10-10).
WeChat, Yupoo and Weidian sellers carry no buyer protection, in the operator's own words on the same page. Check whether the item and route are eligible for cover before relying on insurance.
Practical rhythm: Expert Buy orders land in the same warehouse and the same parcel as everything else, so nothing changes at submit except the paperwork honesty above. Ask CSSBuy to confirm the information needed and expected purchase timing before you pay for a manual order.

Choosing sellers before choosing items
The catalogue card tells you what the item is; the seller page tells you whether to order it. Vetting sellers costs three one-minute checks: shop age and sales volume on the listing, whether the photos are the shop's own or copied from another listing, and how the seller answers a pre-sale question through Contact Seller, where replies are quoted at 1 to 2 business days (read 2026-10-10).
1688 sellers price in wholesale tiers with minimum quantities; the Buy For Me tips flag it before checkout. Check the minimum order quantity before attempting a single-piece purchase.

Picking items that survive a parcel
Hauls die in transit for predictable reasons, so pick against them. Structured items, boots, caps with brims, boxed sneakers, need the reinforcement add-on or they arrive creased. Glass and ceramics ride only with bubble film and a line that takes fragile goods. Liquids over sensible volumes and anything with a battery restrict the line list before you ever see prices.
The quiet winners of a first box are soft and dense: tees, jeans, hoodies, joggers. They vacuum-pack well and sit comfortably under the garment thresholds on the combine page.

Where CSSBuy is ordinary, where it differs, and when to look elsewhere
The ordinary part first: like every agent, CSSBuy buys, inspects, stores, consolidates and ships, and you pay product price plus two freights plus a fee. Nothing on that list distinguishes anyone.
What CSSBuy does differently, with dates: a 6 percent service fee charged at submit rather than at order, falling to 5, 4 and 3 percent with VIP tiers (help 12 and 38, read 2026-10-10); a published insurance plan with numbered caps instead of a vague promise (help 118); storage windows long enough to build a box slowly, 90 days on orders; and the four service cards below from its own about page.
When you should use another agent, honestly: if you want a flat zero service fee, several agents advertise one and price it into the exchange rate instead; an independent fee tracker's 2026-10-02 reading put CSSBuy's card-rail margin at 0.4 percent, low for the bracket, but a zero-fee agent can still total cheaper on tiny orders. And if your haul is all Weidian albums, an agent with first-class Weidian intake will paste fewer forms than Expert Buy.
