Combining orders into one box, in the right order

The warehouse merges nothing on its own. Here is the submit step, the add-ons, and the three edges a sensible box stays under.

Type what you want to find; results list product cards by category.

Nothing merges until you say so

Shipping is never automatic. Items must show In Warehouse, then you open Submit for delivery, tick which items join the parcel, and pay the freight yourself (product tips and help 63, read 2026-10-10). Orders bought weeks apart can share a box.

That manual step is where the haul is actually decided: you pick the box, so the box answers to you. The rest of this page is the order to decide it in, and none of it is about price per kilo.

Two arrivals, one decision

Suppose your shoes have arrived but a coat from another seller has not. First review the shoes and resolve any issue with their seller. Then note the shoes’ own warehouse expiry and ask when the coat is expected. The coat’s later arrival does not restart the first item’s clock.

Before selecting both for delivery, decide whether the shoe box matters to you and whether the coat can be compressed. Keeping a collectible box and reducing a soft garment’s volume are different packing choices. Compare the selected route’s billed weight and restrictions after packing; consolidation can change the total, but it does not guarantee a saving.

Keep a short parcel list: order ID, accepted variant, QC decision, storage deadline and packaging instruction. That list makes the checkboxes in the tutorial a deliberate shipment rather than a select-all habit. Already-submitted parcels have their own storage terms, so distinguish goods waiting on shelves from a box waiting to ship.

What the warehouse will do to the box first

Six add-ons are offered at submit: consolidation itself, vacuum packaging, cut label and remove invoices, reinforced packaging with bubble film, packaging removal, and insurance (service page, read 2026-10-10). Vacuum packing exists to pull volume weight down on soft goods; reinforcement exists to make the unboxing video show an intact box around damaged contents, which is the difference between a damage claim and an argument.

Overweight and bulky items trigger a recheck before shipping (help 15 and 28), so an ambitious box can come back re-measured.

The published lines, grouped the way help 143 groups them

  • Triangle / Tariffless group (FJ-DHL-Tariffless, FJ-B-Tariffless, CSS-JW-Tariffless, CSS-GLS-F-Pure-Weight, PostNL-D)average 10-15 days; PostNL-D 15-45 (help 143, read 2026-10-10)
  • HZ-EMS12-16 days (help 143, read 2026-10-10)
  • HZ-FedEx-F3-7 days (help 143, read 2026-10-10)
  • CSS-ALI-Express-T / Yanwen-Express-F / CSS-EXPRESS-F10-20 days (help 143, read 2026-10-10)
  • EUB15-25 days (help 143, read 2026-10-10)
  • China Post SAL20-30 days (help 143, read 2026-10-10)

Times are the operator's published averages (help 143, read 2026-10-10), not promises. Battery, magnet and liquid restrictions change the usable list per parcel; the help centre keeps the authoritative per-line matrix and this site does not restate it.

Pack against the edges, not against the rate card

Three edges bound every box. Over 15 kg, help 60 says split the parcel in two at submit. Over 10 kg, help 29 warns some countries treat it as commercial and customs may hold it. More than 5 identical items draws attention regardless of weight. All read 2026-10-10.

Combined with the claim ceiling, the packing order becomes concrete: high-value small items are the reason to keep a box light and insured; bulk fills a second, cheaper, less interesting box. One box under every edge beats one box over any of them.

Garment weights the operator publishes

Help 134 names its thresholds per garment, and they slot straight into packing: jeans up to 3.5 kg skip volume weight, hoodies up to 3.2 kg, one 1.5 kg down jacket per DHL bag with vacuum packing advised, boxed clothes over 2.5 kg get re-measured, and a DHL bag itself is 48 x 38 cm. Read 2026-10-10.

These are supporting details, not a pricing model: the divisor behind volume weight is set per line and published per line, so no single number converts size to cost across the board, and this site quotes none.
