Help, in the order you will need it
The help centre is good; it is just unordered. Here is its map, its vocabulary and the five answers first boxes actually need.
Type what you want to find; results list product cards by category.
The help centre, mapped to this site
CSSBuy's help centre sorts answers into operator guide, payment, shipping, account, buying, after service, level, notice and affiliate sections, with a questions block below (help index, read 2026-10-10). The articles this site leans on, by number, each quoted on the page that uses it:
- Fees and their timinghelp 12, 115
- CSSecure plan, every cap and rulehelp 118
- Customs, declarations, the 10 kg edgehelp 29
- Split guidance and line weight limitshelp 60, 83
- Consolidation and parcel pickinghelp 63
- Storage clocks and extensionshelp 81
- Volume weight and garment thresholdshelp 134
- Lines and delivery windowshelp 143
- Returns and refundshelp 144, 37
When this site and a help article disagree, the article wins and we want to know: the about page has the source and support details.

Terms that appear on order screens
- QC photos: inspection photos taken when an item reaches the warehouseBuy For Me step 5
- GL, Green Light: community shorthand for QC photos good enough to shipcommunity usage
- RL, Red Light: the opposite verdict, send it back or reordercommunity usage
- In Warehouse: the item status that unlocks Submit for deliveryproduct tips
- Rehearsal: pre-pack preview of a parcel before freight is paidMy Parcels tab, guide 2026-06-29
- Declared value: the customs figure you type at submithelp 29
- Insured amount: the CSSecure figure the premium priceshelp 118
- Volume weight: size-based weight, divisor set per linehelp 134
GL and RL are community grading language, not operator terms; the operator's screens say QC photos and leave the verdict to you.

Five first-box answers
The five questions below are the frequently asked ones in every first-box thread, answered here with article numbers and read dates instead of folklore.
A spreadsheet here means a product catalogue, correct
Yes. The word is community history: finds were once traded in shared files, and the name stuck to the sites that replaced them. Today it means a browsable catalogue of product cards sorted by category, like the one behind the cards on this site.
The service fee shown at order time
There is none at order time. The 6 percent service charge bills when items are in the warehouse and you submit them to ship (help 115, read 2026-10-10). VIP tiers reduce it to 5, 4 or 3 percent.
Insurance on a box that is already sealed
CSSecure is added at submit, priced at the insured amount times 3 percent, excluding Brazil. Once the parcel has shipped you cannot add or change it, and recipient details lock at the same moment (help 118 and checkout text, read 2026-10-10).
A damaged item inside an otherwise fine box
That is a missing-or-damaged claim: complete unboxing video filmed before the tape was cut, report within 3 days of receipt, original file kept (help 118, read 2026-10-10). Without the video the claim rests on the operator's discretion.
Storage time before a box must ship
Orders sit free for 90 days from In Warehouse, parcels for 30 days; extensions cost 15 RMB per ID per month for orders and 30 RMB per parcel (help 81, article dated 2026-09-02). A popup dated 2026-10-09 sets 2026-10-31 as the submit deadline for parcels that expired before 2026-01-01.
